• Detailed recording of the event’s income and expenses: This includes expenses such as venue rentals, equipment, catering, and transportation, as well as revenues from sponsorships, product sales, and ticket sales.
• Monitoring income and expenses while ensuring transparency: Analyses are conducted for unexpected cost increases, and a financial report is prepared post-event.
• Managing sponsorship agreements: Ensuring timely payments and providing sponsors with proper visibility during the event.
